Alkira Interiors

About Alkira Interiors

Built by people who
have built before.

A Dubai-based renovation, interior design and fit-out company working exclusively on high-end residential property.

Our story

Born from a result, not a business plan.

Alkira Interiors began with a single property. A personal investment in Dubai returned over 23% in eight months — and the opportunity was clear enough to build a company around.

That project set the model we still work to: acquire well, refurbish to a genuinely high standard, and let the quality of the finish do the selling. It is the same discipline whether the client is an investor holding for resale or a family who intends to stay for twenty years.

Between the two founders, Alkira brings more than two decades of construction and property experience from the UK and the UAE — running sites, managing programmes, and renovating our own properties before anyone else's.

The founders

Who you will actually deal with.

Alkira is founder-run. The people who price your project are the people who run it.

Harry Eccleshall, Co-Founder of Alkira Interiors

Harry Eccleshall

Co-Founder

A construction professional with over 12 years' experience, currently based in Dubai. Originally from the UK, Harry specialises in property development and property management. His planning discipline is what keeps projects delivered on time and within budget, and his international perspective brings a distinct approach to the Dubai market.

Tom Davies, Co-Founder of Alkira Interiors

Tom Davies

Co-Founder

Originally from the UK, Tom established and led his own construction company for eight years before relocating to Dubai. Moving into project management, he has since built over three years of experience in the Dubai market. Outside the business, he has renovated his own properties with notable financial success.

How we work

Design-led, always

Every project starts as a drawn, specified scheme rather than a list of finishes. Bespoke architectural design with European-level finishing, resolved before procurement begins.

British standards

Both founders came up through the UK construction industry, and we run our sites the way we were trained to — British standards of workmanship, site management and snagging, applied to every project we take on in Dubai.

One contract, one team

Design, build and fit-out sit under the same roof, so nobody is passing responsibility between a designer, a contractor and a furniture supplier.

Open-book pricing

For homeowners we typically work on a cost-plus-15% basis. You see the real cost of every item; our fee is the only margin in the number. The typical main contractor charges between 30 and 75%.

Built around resale value

We understand what the Dubai market pays for and what it does not. Specification decisions are made with the property's eventual value in mind, not just its appearance on handover day.

Concept through to completion

Consultation, design, approvals, procurement, construction and handover — managed as one programme, with a single point of contact throughout.

Why Dubai
