Alkira delivers design, build and fit-out under a single contract — for homeowners who want their property finished properly, and for investors who want it to sell.
For homeowners, our renovation service is where we stand apart. We typically work on a cost-plus-15% basis, so every line of the budget stays visible from first drawing to handover. The typical main contractor in this market charges between 30 and 75%.
For investors, we focus on prime locations backed by market data, targeting strong resale potential and high returns.
Both founders came up through the UK construction industry. We build to British standards, in Dubai.
